What I learned in summer school was
BOOM! Just like that my first six-week class was over which gave me a brief overview of what I should hold myself accountable for while at Trinity Christian College, I was now about to enter my next course which would be a technology course, I had expectations to learn a few new things which were going to be how to type faster and overall a better overview of the things I learned during my middle school days. As i started the class our teacher was very happy, which already grabbed my attention because I never had a teacher for technology that was pumped and happy as the class continued I enjoyed the class more and more and became excited to come to class and I felt this is what I am supposed to feel when coming to a class. I learned quite a few things in this class but my top two favorites were learning how to navigate we-video(Video-attached) and learning how to be a more effective blogger, My teacher tasked the class with writing a blog each and every week which I thoroughly enjoyed because I took the time to sit down and truly think about certain topics or topics that caught my mind, I learned that I am very compassionate about animals and I don't enjoy seeing animals trapped or caged, I don't know when did I become an individual so passionate about animals but I dislike seeing people hurt or animals, I dare to say when I see a dead animal on the road I be careful not to run over the animal because that animal was once a living creature, a living being. This class taught me that technology can be innovative and there are limitless possibilities when it comes to technology and to never underestimate the power technology can have within a class or overall. I struggled in a few areas such as "embing a URL" so I can post and learning I can't just copy and paste every video or link I find within the internet. I want the power of technology to be meaningful within my classroom when I eventually become a teacher and I shouldn't be afraid to innovate technology within a classroom, texting, and other negative things may occur in a classroom but I need to be ready and know how to handle those situations and if I ever get lost twitter and other technological sites exist to help not only myself but every person and teacher in the world.
